We’re an award winning creative social agency, delivering everything our clients need to give them a more human voice on their chosen social platforms. Alongside giving our clients stand-out, best-of-breed creativity in everything from strategy to writing to video to social broadcasting, we’re beefing up our planning and execution across PAGE and PAID.
And that’s the part where you come in. We’re growing fast and there is a requirement for a paid social expert to support the business. This would entail help with the retained accounts to set up best process and embed clear strategy & execution, as well as offering support on pitches and regular liaison with the creative team.
This is a transformative role, requiring knowledge of the execution of paid as well as a strategic eye, helping with definitions of client strategy around PAID, OWNED & EARNED.
Your role would be broad and varied so it’d be good if you came with pre-rolled up sleeves, greased elbows and the mental flexibility of a limbo dancer who’s mentally flexible. Oh, and stuff happens fast round these parts. We’re all pretty good at keeping a smile on even when it’s hectic.
We’d expect this person to have a few years under their belt at an agency or a publisher.
About the role:
Creating and managing successful commercial marketing campaigns through paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat
Reporting of paid social results and data
Building audience targets and expertise in re-marketing
Providing reports and data leveraging insights, analytics, optimising and improving social campaigns, and driving more informed content initiatives
Executing paid social strategy
Regularly client facing
Helping with pitches
Ensuring KPIs are met for commercial and organic campaigns
Working with the social platforms and providing insights on innovations within its social space
Extensive experience in the paid social space running campaigns at a publisher or an agency
Running paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram across different products including canvas ads, Facebook ad formats (boosting and dark posts etc) and promoting videos
Running campaigns driving content views across a variety of KPIs
Re-marketing to audiences across paid social products
Experience with developing audience profiles and targeted groups for paid social campaigns
Facebook and Instagram business manager
Possessing an understanding and passion for social media, content & creative best practises.
