We’re looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to join our busy team on a six-month contract, with potential for extension.

Our perfect candidate will have a huge passion for social media and will have hopefully gained a good deal of creative or media agency experience.

This is a hands-on role, supporting a talented team of account handlers, but also dealing directly with many of our high-profile clients. You’ll be exposed to all areas of the business, from creative brainstorms to business development and bit of everything in between.


Key Duties:

  • Supporting Account Managers and Execs

  • Servicing clients (project management, providing updates, marketing ideas, tech and account support, campaign planning, implementation and reporting, ad-hoc administrative tasks etc)

  • Support on pulling together pitch decks and presentations (eg. creating powerpoint decks and coordinating the creation of slides with various departments)

  • Attending creative brainstorms and contributing to new ideas for our roster of clients

  • Occasionally scheduling social media posts and monitoring social feeds for clients

  • Working closely with assigned clients and account leads to determine needs.

  • Staying current on company products and services and demonstrating benefits of company offerings.

  • Occasional administrative support, eg. managing team diary, booking meeting rooms and refreshments, booking travel and accommodation, helping on shoots, etc. 


Knowledge and skills required:

  • An almost unhealthy obsession with social media

  • Sociable and confident communicator with people at all levels

  • Innovative and creative thinking with the ability to share ideas clearly

  • Flexible, dynamic and dedicated with a proactive and hard-working attitude

  • Excellent project management skills – able to prioritise large workloads, manage deadlines and work well under pressure,

  • Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Powerpoint and Word

  • Great attention to detaiil (see what we did there?)

  • Sense of humour

Working conditions:

This role will be largely office-based, but will require occasional attendance at client meetings and video/photo shoots. Office hours are 10am - 5.30pm.
