We’re looking for a new business/client services executive to join our small but perfectly formed team, housed in a wondrously creative environment just off Old St in Shoreditch.

As a thriving social creative agency it’s important for us to win new business but also make sure that our current clients are consistently delighted. We therefore have a need for a new business/client services executive to support the commercial director.

You’ll have the enthusiasm of an adolescent shire horse and ideally will have extensive social media experience gained either in a personal or professional capacity.

Your role would be broad and varied but with a focus on commercially managing well-known brands, so you’ll need to be an excellent communicator and able to build client trust. As well as looking after our current clients you’ll be supporting the winning of new clients. Most importantly, you’ll be able to retain a good sense of humour and keep calm under pressure.

We’re growing at lightning speed and as the company grows, so will you.

You’ll need:

  • 2 years’ experience working in and around clients, agencies and media owners.

  • Experience of fast-pace environments and multiple projects at once.

  • An ability to diplomatically negotiate conflicting deadlines and requirements to deliver work on time.

  • To be organized, creative, tenacious, and dedicated and able to work under pressure.

  • To be self-starter and able to take initiative. If you see something that needs doing, you won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Powerpoint, and ideally with at least basic Photoshop skills.

  • A desire to learn new things all the time.

  • To be a confident communicator.

Extra awesome:

  • A good sense of humour
  • Being able to demonstrate a passion for social media.

  • Have experience in conducting social media analysis.

To apply, please send an e-mail to info@thatlot.co.uk by Friday, February 5th. Please attach your CV and give us 1 sentence explaining why you’re one of That Lot and not one of those guys.
